In Montpelier it is the first annual MontPolar Frostival.  It will feature both indoor and outdoor activities. On the State House lawn in the afternoon there will be free snowshoes available for all ages to try, plus your choice of an easy walk or an exciting snowshoe obstacle course!

And last but not least, It is the Burlington Winter Festival.  Head down to the waterfront for a snow carving competition, the penguin plunge, make your own crepes and the Family Activity Expo at ECHO and free wagon rides.

Make sure to stop by and see Miss Magpie at the Winter Family Expo at ECHO. She will be there with Hyperfocus Art doing some very special face painting for the kids!
